5 Reasons Why TweepML Is an Excellent Acquisition for You!

There are many reasons to buy TweepML. Below I talk about 5 marketing-focused reasons to buy it. The site is easy to maintain and the traffic is completely organic. I haven’t even talked about monetization and more creative ways to integrate TweepML with your service. So, here are 5 reasons for you to buy TweepML:
Unique users – If you don’t do anything to improve the traffic on TweepML and you keep getting 60,000+ uniques per month, over a 12-month period you’ll have touched 700,000+ people. To buy that kind of traffic on Google Adwords would cost you anywhere from $50,000 to $300,000.
Page Views – Traffic for February is averaging 7,500 page views per day. In 365 days that means 2.7 million page views. Assuming you try to buy this traffic in a qualified website (remember, all TweepML users are Twitter users with intent to follow new users and learn more about Twitter) you’d pay anywhere from $1 to $5 CPM, which translate into $2,700 to $13,500 in free advertising to you.
Twitter Followers – The TweepML account already has 35,000+ followers and it adds a few thousand per month. You can keep growing that account or replace it with your own account to get those followers. To buy 2,000 followers on TwitterCounter.com costs you $850. So 35,000 followers could be the equivalent of a base price of $14,000 and the additional tens of thousands of followers over the next 12 months would account for another $10,000.
Viral Traffic – TweepML users love to promote the list they created. Even the famous actress Alyssa Milano has her own lists and promoted that to her 700,000 followers, and they re-tweeted and re-tweeted, and re-tweeted... With the right motivation, you end up generated hundreds if not thousands of people talking about TweepML.
Inbound Links – With a PR 6, there are more than 15,000 links on the web pointing to TweepML.
If you sum it all up, that’s a value between $80,000 and $450,000. The Buy-It-Now price is $79,000. What are you waiting for... Make your bid now!

It’s Time For Me To Sell TweepML.org

TweepML was a cool project I did shortly after my previous startup shutdown. It got a lot of press (TechCrunch, Mashable, ReadWriteWeb, VentureBeat, TechFlash, Seattle Times, etc.). It quickly attracted 100,000+ visitors on the first month and continued a growth trajectory until Twitter announced Twitter Lists.

Well, turns out that TweepML did pretty well even with Twitter Lists. The service offers a lot of things that Twitter is not offering right now and the traffic continues to be very good.

The problem was that I didn’t give TweepML the necessary time and attention to grow it and monetize it – or even at making it a better strategic asset. I had too many things on my hands at once. I started the New Year with the intent of selling it, and now I’m finally putting it at the website auction service Flippa.

At the TweepML blog I list a few reasons why you should buy it. I’m more than happy to answer any traffic or stats questions.

Please, help me find a buyer and I’ll buy you a beer. Put this on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and tell your friends via email about this unique opportunity. Much appreciated.
